Annie Lord (she/her)
Executive Director | alord@miamihomesforall.org
Born and raised in Miami, Annie has nearly 20 years of experience in community development. Before joining MHFA, Annie served as the Chief Program Officer for CitySquare, a direct multi-service provider for vulnerable households, and Vice President of Community Development for Citibank. She is privileged to have served as the first Executive Director of the South Florida Community Development Coalition. Annie is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional, a graduate of Class VI of Miami Fellows, and has both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Harvard University.
She loves playing classic guitar rock songs with her two boys. -
Perla Diaz (she/her)

Perla has 10+ years of experience working in the nonprofit and not-for-profit sectors. She successfully completed coursework in Business Administration, Business Law, and Business Management. Perla is responsible for MHFA’s administrative + financial support, grant management, and human resources. She also works closely with the financial advisors, accounting firm + auditors, and leads MHFA’s annual audit process.
In her free time, Perla visits her native Mexico. -
Audrey Aradanas (she/her)

Audrey is a Filipina-American, born in California, and spent her early childhood in the Cayman Islands. She is a 2020 Miami’s Next Leader and 2019 Community Scholar in Affordable Housing. She is a proud triple Florida International University Panther—earning her dual Bachelor’s degrees in 2016 and her Master’s in Business Administration in 2022. For nearly 10 years, Audrey has experience with organizing, lobbying, facilitating, and fundraising.
Her proudest moment was when she swam with two alligators. -
Rayna Milfort (she/her)

Rayna was born and raised in Haiti. She is a proud FIU Panther with degrees in Women’s & Gender Studies and Sociology. She has over 5 years of social work and advocacy experience, supporting victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. She is excited to advocate for more affordable housing in the Greater Miami community.

Anjuli Castaño (she/her)

Born and raised in Miami, Anjuli has dedicated much of her personal and professional time to working in grassroots initiatives that center on affordable housing and homeless support. From canvassing to policy research, she has taken her time and care to engage with all sectors of Miami-Dade. As an advocate, she uses her journalism skills to communicate the stories of struggle and success in South Florida.
If she’s not traveling, she spends her time soaking in the sun on the beach. -
IVONNE PINEDO (she/her)

Ivonne Pinedo has dedicated her life to creating a positive impact at the intersection of real estate, community advocacy, and social work. With a genuine passion for making a difference, Ivonne has skillfully combined her real estate investment and advocacy expertise to effect meaningful change in her community.
Her early career was marked by her work with the Department of Children and Families, where she tirelessly assisted families in need. Recognizing the profound impact of housing stability on people's lives, she ventured into real estate investment and became a licensed realtor. Her unique combination of skills allowed her to approach real estate as a financial endeavor and a means to empower others.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Florida campgrounds and glamping.

Daniela Carolina Roger (she/her)

For nearly 10 years, she has been dedicated to nurturing the cultural fabric and connectivity of Miami. With digital marketing expertise, event production, and community outreach, she speaks to the cultural crosshairs of her upbringing and the city she's dedicated to.
The Canes alum completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Music Business and Pre-Med - true to the depth of interests she holds. In her free time, you'll find her dancing, playing in the waves, and obsessing over 90 Day Fiancé.

Reber-Mens Corriolan (he/him)
Youth Facilitator | reber@miamihomesforall.org
With a personal experience with homelessness as well as being part of a transitional housing program for young people, he is able to provide feedback and counsel about what is needed in those programs to help them work effectively.
Reber-Mens is on his way to obtaining his Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master's in Public Administration at FIU.
When he’s not studying, Reber volunteers with various organizations serving houseless individuals.

Stepahania is currently obtaining her Associate’s Degree at Miami-Dade College in business Administration. As a youth with lived experience, she wants to support young people who have experienced similar struggles and uplift their voices in every space she has the opportunity to be a part of.
In her free time, you'll find her sewing, embroidering, or graphic designing for her clothing Brand.

Jahneé Smith (they/she/he)

Jahneé is an avid community organizer, storyteller, cultural worker, and housing advocate. Jahneé's passion for organizing is fueled by firsthand experiences of chronic homelessness during childhood with family and as a young adult independently. While having called Miami home for the last eight years, they have roots in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Jahneé is a senior majoring in Global Studies and Women and Gender Studies at Florida International University (FIU). Their aspirations include pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration. Jahneé actively engages in campaigns with other non-profits as a member in Miami.
