Accelerating affordable housing in miami-dade
Miami-Dade, confronting a large gap in our affordable housing supply, has an opportunity to close a significant share of that it.
We created and analyzed a database of the affordable housing projects in the pipeline that do not yet have financing, reflecting 101 projects and 13,691 units. For the first time, this report tells us how much and what type of funding is needed to make those 13,691 affordable homes a reality.
