The Shimberg Center for Housing Studies at the University of Florida also maintains a list of all the buildings in Miami-Dade County that provide affordable or subsidized housing. If the apartments are not owned by the housing agencies above, you will need to call the buildings directly to ask about getting on their waiting lists.
