University of Miami Office of Civic & Community Engagement

UM hosts a Housing Solutions Lab, which is a suite of tools for affordable housing policy in Miami-Dade County. This includes the Miami Affordability Project (MAP) and Land Access for Neighborhood Development (LAND).

University of Florida Shimberg Center for Housing Studies

The Shimberg Center for Housing Studies was established at the University of Florida in 1988 to promote safe, decent and affordable housing and related community development throughout the state of Florida.

Florida International University Metropolitan Center

The FIU Metropolitan Center provides needs assessments, training and organizational development, and economic and housing market analysis.
